Shipping & Handling
I used AusPost for all my shipping services. I post all items at a standard rate of $12.00 per parcel, should you need multiple parcels or a large wholesale order, I will cover all expenses over the standard rate.
Your $12 covers all postage fees, tracking options, handling time, boxes, tape, packing peanuts…. everything. This rate will not change any time soon!
All orders are lodged with AusPost using the details you enter, so please make sure you enter the correct address, and add phone and email so that you may receive tracking notifications from AusPost.
I offer refunds within the the first 30 days of you receiving the item. I ask that you email me with your concerns and photos and we discuss the best way I can help fix the situation. I may ask you to return the item at your own cost, and once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you it is received and the decision on whether your refund is validated.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, in the format in which you paid.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
I can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email so we can discuss the best way to do this.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Wattle Close, Taree NSW 2430.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
